Biography
Isabella Karle (* December 2, 1921 in Detroit; † October 3, 2017 in Alexandria) was an american physical chemist. She was 95 years old. She was married to Jerome Karle. She studied at University of Michigan. She received 10 awards, including Navy Distinguished Civilian Service Award, National Medal of Science. Her cause of death was brain cancer. She was buried at Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
