Ita Kozakiewicz (* 3. July 1955 in Riga; † 28. October 1990 in Gaeta) was a latvian journalist and politician. She was 35 years old. She studied at University of Latvia. Her faith was Catholicism. Her awards include Commander with Star of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland and Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland. Her cause of death was drowning.
