Biography of Iván Eröd

Iván Eröd (* 2. January 1936 in Budapest; † 24. June 2019 in Vienna) was a österreichischer Komponist ungarischer Herkunft. He was 83 years old. His education included University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and Franz Liszt Academy of Music. He worked at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He received 5 awards, including Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the State of Vienna, Great Silver Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria.
