Biography of Jacek Kaczmarski

Jacek Kaczmarski (* 22. March 1957 in Warsaw; † 10. April 2004 in Gdańsk) was a polish singer, songwriter, poet and author. He was 47 years old. He was married to Inka Kardyś and Ewa Volny. His education included Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw and University of Warsaw. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta. His cause of death was laryngeal cancer. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
