Biography
Jack Kilby (* November 8, 1923 in Jefferson City; † June 20, 2005 in Dallas) was an american electrical engineer. He was 81 years old. His education included University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, University of Wisconsin–Madison and Great Bend High School. He received 10 awards, including IEEE Cledo Brunetti Award, National Medal of Technology and Innovation. He was buried at Sparkman-Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
