Jakiw Tschajka (* 10. April 1918 in Brodki; † 25. March 1995 in Lviv) was a polish sculptor. He was 76 years old. He was married to Wolodymyra Tschajka. He studied at Ivan Trush Lviv State College of Decorative and Applied Arts. He received 5 awards, including Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Lychakiv Cemetery.
