Biography of Jakow Schajawitsch Pappe

Jakow Schajawitsch Pappe (* 22. May 1953; † 27. August 2017) was a soviet economist. He was 64 years old. He studied at Moscow State University Faculty of Economics. He worked at Institute of World Economy and International Relations, Institute of Economic Forecasting, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and National Research University – Higher School of Economics.
