Biography of Jakub Węgierko (1889-1960)

Jakub Węgierko (* 26. January 1889 in Warsaw; † 2. June 1960 in Warsaw) was a polish diabetologist. He was 71 years old. He studied at University of Zurich. He worked at Pomeranian Medical University. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
