Biography of Jalil Rafiyev

Jalil Rafiyev (* 10. September 1920 in Ordubad; † 9. July 1991 in Baku) was an azerbaijani partisan and journalist. He was 70 years old. His awards include Medal "For Courage", Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class and Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945".
