James Cooley (* 18. September 1926 in New York City; † 29. June 2016 in Huntington Beach) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 89 years old. His education included Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, Manhattan University and Columbia University. He worked at IBM, New York University and University of Rhode Island. He was awarded the IEEE Fellow.
