James H. Semans (* 30. May 1910; † 21. April 2005) was an american urologist and philanthropist in arts and arts-education in North Carolina. He was 94 years old. He was married to Mary Duke Biddle Trent Semans. He worked at Duke University Medical Center. He was awarded the North Carolina Award for Fine Arts.
