James Horner (* August 14, 1953 in Los Angeles; † June 22, 2015 in Los Padres National Forest) was an american film composer and conductor. He was 61 years old. He was married to Sara Horner. He had 3 children. His education included Royal College of Music, American Film Institute, University of California, Los Angeles, USC Thornton School of Music, Verde Valley School and UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. He received 10 awards, including Grammy Award for Song of the Year, Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media. His cause of death was aircraft crash.
