James Still (* 16. July 1906 in LaFayette; † 28. April 2001 in Hazard) was an american poet. He was 94 years old. His education included Lincoln Memorial University, Vanderbilt University and University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. He worked at Hindman Settlement School. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
