Jan Borowczak (* 1. January 1931 in Skomlin; † 10. April 1984 in Opole) was a polnischer Bildhauer. He was 53 years old. He studied at Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts. He worked at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Communal cemetery in Opole.
