Jan Dostych (* 24. June 1894 in Sokołów Małopolski; † 1. December 1963 in Rzeszów) was a polnischer Politiker. He was 69 years old. He studied at Faculty of Law at the Jan Kazimierz University in Lviv. His awards include Cross of Independence, Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Silver Cross of the Virtuti Militari. He was buried at Pobitno Cemetery in Rzeszów.
