Jan Hendrik Baars (* 4. August 1875 in Amsterdam; † 15. June 1899 in Amsterdam) was a dutch sculptor and medallist. He was 23 years old. He studied at Rijksschool voor Kunstnijverheid Amsterdam. He was awarded the Honorary Medal for Charitable Assistance.
