Jan Kościelniak (* 14. June 1936 in Poznań; † 5. February 2007) was a polish politician. He was 70 years old. He studied at Poznań University of Technology. His awards include Gold Cross of Merit‎ and Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Central Cemetery in Szczecin.
