Jan Kossakowski (* 6. May 1900 in Warsaw; † 14. March 1979 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Arzt. He was 78 years old. He studied at Wydział Lekarski Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. He worked at Medical University of Warsaw. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Forest Cemetery in Laski.
