Jan Kućmierz (* 28. July 1939 in Sułoszowa; † 5. July 2023) was a polish phytopathologist and mycologist. He was 83 years old. He studied at University of the National Education Commission. He worked at Agricultural University of Kraków. He was awarded the Medal of the National Education Commission.
