Jan Kusiewicz (* 21. September 1921 in Rzeplin, Podkarpackie Voivodeship; † 5. April 2015) was a polnischer Sänger. He was 93 years old. He studied at Academy of Music in Gdańsk. He received 4 awards, including Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland.
