Jan Safarewicz (* 8. February 1904 in Daugavpils; † 9. April 1992 in Kraków) was a polnischer Linguist. He was 88 years old. He studied at Stephen Báthory University. He worked at Vilnius University. He received 4 awards, including Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Medal of the National Education Commission. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
