Jan Waligórski (* 12. June 1887 in Lviv; † 1. January 1940 in Kharkiv) was a polish independence activist and army major (1887–1940), killed in the Katyn massacre. He was 52 years old. His awards include Cross of Independence and Cross of Valour (1920). His cause of death was execution by shooting.
