Janet Rowley (* April 5, 1925 in New York City; † December 17, 2013 in Hyde Park) was an american human geneticist. She was 88 years old. She had at least 1 child (1 son). Her education included University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and Pritzker School of Medicine. She received 10 awards, including Presidential Medal of Freedom, William Procter Prize for Scientific Achievement. Her cause of death was ovarian cancer.
