Biography of Janice Elaine Voss

Janice E. Voss (* 8. October 1956 in South Bend; † 6. February 2012 in Scottsdale) was an american engineer and NASA astronaut. She was 55 years old. Her education included Rice University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Purdue University and Minnechaug Regional High School. She was awarded the NASA Distinguished Service Medal. Her cause of death was breast cancer. She was buried at Dupont Cemetery.
