Jānis Veikins (* 22. September 1897 in Livonia Governorate; † 11. April 1979 in Moscow) was a latvian military personnel (born 1979). He was 81 years old. He studied at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 10 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Banner. He was buried at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
