Japar Shukurov (* 1. January 1906 in Sın-Taş; † 1. January 1963 in Bishkek) was a kyrgyz scholar and Turkologist, co-author of the "Russian-Kyrgyz Dictionary. He was 57 years old. He studied at National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
