Biography of Jarkko Laine

Jarkko Laine (* 17. March 1947 in Turku; † 19. August 2006 in Turku) was a finnischer Schriftsteller, Dichter und Übersetzer. He was 59 years old. He studied at International Writing Program. He worked at Parnasso. His awards include Pro Finlandia Medal of the Order of the Lion of Finland, Order of the White Star, 3rd Class and Finnish State Prize for Literature. He was buried at Turku Cemetery.
