Jauhen Batscharau (* 20. October 1948 in Kursk; † 5. July 2004 in Minsk) was a belarusian military officer and politician. He was 55 years old. His education included Ryazan Airborne Command High School, M.V. Frunze Military Academy and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. He received 7 awards, including Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Red Star. He was buried at Eastern Cemetery.
