Biography of Jean David-Weill

Jean David-Weill (* 27. February 1898 in 8th arrondissement of Paris; † 30. May 1972 in Neuilly-sur-Seine) was a french art historian. He was 74 years old. His education included Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales and École du Louvre. He worked at École du Louvre. His awards include Officer of the Legion of Honour, Croix de guerre 1914–1918 and Bordin Prize. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
