Jean Fourastié (* 15. April 1907 in Saint-Benin-d'Azy; † 25. July 1990 in Douelle) was a französischer Wirtschaftswissenschaftler. He was 83 years old. He was married to Françoise Fourastié. His education included École Centrale Paris, Sciences Po, College of Juilly and Lycée Saint-Louis. He worked at Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers.
