Biography of Jean-Pierre Callu

Jean-Pierre Callu (* 23. October 1929 in 12th arrondissement of Paris; † 29. August 2014 in Donville-les-Bains) was a französischer Philologe, Althistoriker und Numismatiker. He was 84 years old. He was married to Florence Callu. His education included École Normale Supérieure and École pratique des hautes études. He worked at French School of Rome. He received 4 awards, including Officer of the National Order of Merit, Knight of the National Order of Merit.
