Biography of Jeanne Spurlock

Jeanne Spurlock (* 19. July 1921 in Sandusky; † 25. November 1999 in Washington, D.C.) was an american psychiatrist, professor, and author. She was 78 years old. Her education included Spelman College, Roosevelt University and Howard University. She worked at Michael Reese Hospital, American Psychiatric Association and Howard University. Her awards include Elizabeth Blackwell Medal, Strecker Award and honorary degree from Spelman College.
