Jerry Fodor (* April 22, 1935 in New York City; † November 29, 2017 in Manhattan) was an american philosopher. He was 82 years old. His education included Princeton University, Columbia University and University of Oxford. His faith was atheism. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, Jean Nicod Prize and Fellow of the Cognitive Science Society. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease.
