Biography of Jerzy Bartmiński

Jerzy Bartmiński (* 19. September 1939 in Przemyśl; † 7. February 2022 in Lublin) was a polnischer Anthropologe, Ethnograf und Linguist. He was 82 years old. He studied at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. He worked at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. He received 6 awards, including Silver Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis‎, Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Unicka Street Cemetery, Lublin.
