Jerzy Cygan (* 13. April 1924 in Sobienie Szlacheckie; † 18. June 2006 in Lublin) was a polish historian. He was 82 years old. He worked at Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
