Jerzy Kurkowski (* 17. March 1948 in Gliwice; † 9. October 2004) was a polish neurologist, civil servant. He was 56 years old. He studied at Medical University of Warsaw. He worked at University of Economics in Katowice and Silesian University of Technology. He was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit.
