Jerzy Lewczyński (* 14. March 1924 in Tomaszów Lubelski; † 2. July 2014 in Gliwice) was a polnischer Fotograf. He was 90 years old. He studied at Silesian University of Technology. His awards include Silver Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis and Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Gliwice Central Cemetery.
