Biography of Jerzy Stefan Stawiński

Jerzy Stefan Stawiński (* 1. July 1921 in Warsaw; † 12. June 2010 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Schriftsteller, Filmregisseur und Drehbuchautor. He was 88 years old. He was married to Helena Amiradżibi-Stawińska. His education included V L.O. im. Ks. Józefa Poniatowskiego and University of Warsaw. He received 6 awards, including Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Medal for Merit to Culture. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
