Biography
Jerzy Szmajdziński (* April 9, 1952 in Wrocław; † April 10, 2010 in Smolensk) was a polish politician. He was 58 years old. His awards include Commander with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Order of the White Star, 1st Class and honorary citizen of Wrocław. His cause of death was Smolensk air disaster. He was buried at Wilanów Cemetery.
