Jerzy Walczak (* 26. July 1929 in Łódź; † 26. June 1968 in Sieradz) was a polnischer Schauspieler und Bühnenregisseur. He was 38 years old. He studied at National Film School in Łódź. His awards include Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland, Badge of the 1000th anniversary of the Polish State and Gold Cross of Merit. He was buried at Doły cemetery.
