Jewgeni Anatoljewitsch Mikrin (* 15. October 1955 in Lebedyan; † 5. May 2020 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian scientist in a spacecraft mechanics and control systems, designer of space rocket equipment. He was 64 years old. His education included Bauman Moscow State Technical University and Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. He worked at S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia. His awards include Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords, Honoured Science Worker of the Russian Federation and Russian government prize for science and technology. His cause of death was COVID-19.
