Jewgeni Pawlowitsch Welichow (* 11. April 1907 in Moscow; † 18. October 1977 in Moscow) was a soviet actor, theatre director. He was 70 years old. He studied at M.S. Schepkin Higher Theatre School. He worked at Maly Theatre. He received 7 awards, including Stalin Prize, Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
