Biography of Jim Backus

Jim Backus (* 25. February 1913 in Ohio; † 3. July 1989 in Los Angeles) was an amerikanischer Schauspieler und Synchronsprecher. He was 76 years old. He was married to Henny Backus. His education included American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Kentucky Military Institute and Shaw High School. He was awarded the star on Hollywood Walk of Fame. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease. He was buried at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
