Jiří Formánek (* 6. February 1930 in Dobruška; † 12. July 2021) was a tschechischer Ornitologe. He was 91 years old. He studied at Faculty of Science, Charles University. He worked at Jihočeské muzeum and National Museum in Prague. He was awarded the honorary member.
