Biography of Jiří Marek

Jiří Marek (* 30. May 1914 in Prague; † 10. December 1994 in Prague) was a tschechischer Schriftsteller. He was 80 years old. His education included Charles University and Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. He worked at Charles University. His awards include Národní umělec, Merited Artist of Czechoslovakia and Klement Gottwald State Prize.
