Jirō Nitta (* 6. June 1912 in Suwa; † 15. February 1980 in Musashino) was a japanischer Romancier, Meteorologe und Drehbuchautor. He was 67 years old. He was married to Tei Fujiwara. He studied at University of Electro-Communications. His awards include Order of the Rising Sun, 4th class, Medal with Purple Ribbon and Yoshikawa Eiji Prize for Literature.
