Johann Pálffy von Erdőd (* 20. August 1664 in Červený Kameň Castle; † 24. March 1751 in Bratislava) was a kaiserlicher Feldmarschall, kroatischer Ban und ungarischer Palatin. He was 86 years old. He was married to Maria Anna Terezia, Gräfin Czobor de Czobor-Szentmihaly. He had at least 4 children (2 sons and 2 daughters). He was awarded the Knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece. He was buried at St. Martin's Cathedral, Bratislava.
