Biography of Johannes Dyba

Johannes Dyba (* 15. September 1929 in Bezirk Mitte; † 23. July 2000 in Fulda) was a deutscher Geistlicher und Jurist, römisch-katholischer Bischof von Fulda (1983-2000), Militärbischof. He was 70 years old. He studied at Heidelberg University. His faith was Catholic Church. He was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Fulda Cathedral.
