Biography
John Ostrom (* February 18, 1928 in New York City; † July 16, 2005 in Litchfield) was an american paleontologist. He was 77 years old. His education included Union College and Columbia University. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, Romer-Simpson Medal and Hayden Memorial Geological Award. His cause of death was Alzheimer's disease.
