Biography of John Morton

John Morton (* 4. January 1935 in Invercargill; † 19. September 2022) was a new Zealand vascular and kidney transplant surgeon. He was 87 years old. His education included Southland Boys' High School and University of Otago. He worked at Wellington Hospital, Auckland City Hospital, University of St Andrews, Western General Hospital, Christchurch Hospital and University of Otago, Christchurch. His awards include Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
